Goodland Waffles & Melts, is also located at Mosaic Locale and has a wide variety of coffee and tea beverages, batch roasted daily and ethically sourced. Goodland Waffles & Melts are known for their wattles that are unlike any waffle you've had before. Light, airy, fluffy, and melt-in-your-mouth tender! From classic Belgian-style waffles to sweet and savory creations. And, of course, our melts - melted cheese sandwiched between perfectly toasted bread.
